We really enjoyed the rooms with the balcony. the location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from St Paul's Church. the ambiance felt really special and the service was exceptional. I have stayed in the a twin room with a balcony. Nice touch to have central heating, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. It has perfect and excellent location steps away from Georgian National Opera Theater. Every staff member is very friendly and strives to meet your needs.

Hotello made my stay in the city so enjoyable. I was impressed with the value for money offered by this hotel. The prices were fair and reasonable, especially considering the central location, between 2 metro stations and close to the most important museums and the Opera House. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, I loved having a room with a balcony. It was a great little spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. my experience at Hotello was fantastic.

The noise levels were extremely high throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the staff were not very helpful or informative when it came to providing recommendations and advice for exploring the city.
